Providing Technical Support Based on the Collector Version The status of Collector versions is indicated in the Version History list. Actual – the latest released stable version (the first one in the “Version History” list): technical support is available; receives bug fixes; may receive new functionality; documentation is kept up to date; testing is focused on this version. Supported – two major versions prior to the actual one (the second and third in the “Version History” list):

Restore is possible only to the same version of Collector from which the backup was made. Warning Don’t skip major versions during an update. Perform updates only from the latest minor version of the major version being updated. Updates between minor versions within the same major version can skip intermediate versions. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in Collector malfunction. Example: If the current version of Colleсtor is v23.12.2, and you need to update to version v24.07.x, then the update path should be as follows:
