Update to v23.08

Update procedure for v23.08 version does not differ from the standard one, but the way data is stored in the database in version v23.08 has changed. To save the access to historical data, you need to run a migration script. To do that:

1. Download the script.

   wget https://docs.mitigator.ru/collector/v23.12/maintenance/update2308-migrate.sh -O /srv/collector/update2308-migrate.sh

2. Go to /srv/collector/ directory:

   cd /srv/collector/

3. Run the script:

   ./update2308-migrate.sh
